Skeletal structure and construction system
Skeletal construction system means that the entire load-bearing framework or “skeleton” is made of wooden beams, flanges, ridge layers or rods. The wood that our company installs is certified KVH (construction wood) - wood that we use for all load-bearing layers of the building/object. The pictures below show the skeleton construction system of a low-energy ground floor prefabricated wooden house. The only difference is in the type of roof design, i.e. between the classic attic with purlins and rafters, and the rod design of the individual beams. Each house is statically planned and designed to ensure safety and stability as well as flexibility and openness of the individual rooms and floor plans/solutions. The individual openings are planned and precisely defined in terms of the design and shape of the carpentry (the windows and doors), and we solve the entire system so that there are no leftover materials: to the millimeter.
It is possible to make changes to all the houses from our catalog, both in the layout of the rooms and in increasing or decreasing the dimensions of the house, as well as removing or adding openings - windows, doors, etc.
Classic roof
"Stick" construction
The basis of the construction of the house in the skeletal construction system is a wooden skeleton that serves as the load-bearing capacity of the building's walls.
The wooden skeleton provides a solid, durable construction and at the same time the most flexible, that is, earthquake-resistant construction. The skeleton construction of the house also allows maximum freedom in the architecture and design of the house according to the needs of the customers. It also enables the realization of larger lighting surfaces. Therefore, the skeletal system of construction is widespread throughout the world. In recent years, modern technologies of natural materials have enabled new combinations of natural materials in the construction of low-energy houses and increased the price and market popularity of the skeleton prefabricated house.
Construction lines / section of the wall
When planning, not only the thickness of the thermal insulation of the outer envelope is sufficient, the following data are also important:
- technical and type design of the building, architectural details
- economical heating
- ventilation system
- orientation of the house on the plot
